3D render, material board, you approve.

In detail
01 · Discovery
A studio visit or video call to understand your space, taste, budget, and timeline. We ask more questions than you'll expect. That's the point.
02 · Site
A site visit to take precise dimensions, check structural conditions, and understand light, traffic, and existing electrical and plumbing.
03 · Direction
A concept proposal, a tactile material board, and an honest budget range. Before any commitment, before any production deposit.
04 · 3D
A full 3D render of every piece in your space. You walk through the room virtually. We revise twice as part of the package. This is where most of the design work happens.
05 · Sign-off
Materials, dimensions, hardware, finishes. All signed and dated. From this moment, production starts. Changes after this become change orders.
06 · Workshop
Your piece is hand-built in our Cairo workshop. We send weekly progress updates with photos so you see the wood, the joinery, the lacquer as it happens.
07 · Install
Scheduled, clean, professional. Our own team. Not subcontractors. We protect your floors, we leave nothing behind, we walk through every detail with you on the last day.
08 · After
Care guide, two-year workmanship warranty, optional annual checkup. We're here for the long arc. Not the transaction.
What we ask of you
The biggest mistakes in custom furniture come from rushing the 3D approval. Give us 10 working days to revise, and you'll get a piece you can't wait to live with.
We design at three tiers. Tell us the real number and we'll design within it. If you don't, we'll guess. And one of us will be unhappy.
Clear walls, parking near the building, elevator access, and no other trades working the same space during our install days.
