01 · Discovery
A call to understand your space, your taste, your budget, and your timeline. We ask more questions than you'll expect. That's the point.
02 · Site
A site visit to take precise dimensions, understand light, flow, and how the space lives. You arrive at a site that's already prepped, we build around it.
03 · Direction
A concept proposal and an honest budget range. We also suggest the small architectural tweaks that make the furniture sing — an extra outlet by the bed, a hidden light inside the wardrobe, a niche cut for a piece. Before any commitment, before any deposit.
04 · Ongoing involvement
You don't disappear after the brief. We share design progress, samples, hardware options, and finish choices as they happen. Every decision you weigh in on. Nothing is finalized without your nod.
05 · Sign-off
Dimensions, hardware, finishes. All signed and dated. From this moment, production starts. Changes after this become change orders.
06 · Workshop
Your piece is hand-built in our Cairo workshop. We send weekly progress updates with photos so you see the build, the joinery, and the finishing as it happens.
07 · Install
Scheduled, clean, professional. Our own team. Not subcontractors. We protect your floors, we leave nothing behind, we walk through every detail with you on the last day.
08 · After
Care guide, two-year workmanship warranty, optional annual checkup. We're here for the long arc. Not the transaction.
