We're a small team built around two ideas: precision in execution, and speed without rush. We take a limited number of projects at a time because each piece deserves the room to be finished properly.
Why we started
Most carpentry in this market trades on one of two things: speed, or quality. Rarely both. We started Ulfa to refuse that compromise. Tight schedules and clean execution, on every project.

The craft
We build by hand. Sanded, jointed, and finished in our workshop in Cairo. Not subcontracted, not rushed, not pretending.
The visible joinery in our pieces is cut by hand. Not because CNC is wrong, but because the wood reads differently when a person makes the call about each cut. The invisible parts get the machines they deserve.

How we choose materials
Materials are yours to choose. You tell us the vision, the feeling, the room. We bring the options that match, with one quiet rule: we never use anything that harms your home or won't last.
Examples we work with often, by way of reference: arrow wood, massive solid wood, beech pile, red Zan, marble, and Corian. These are starting points, not a closed list. If you have something in mind, bring it.
