How long does a project typically take?

Most single-room projects (a kitchen, a wardrobe, a bedroom suite) land between 8 and 12 weeks from contract signing to installation. Full-villa fitouts run 16 to 24 weeks. The design and 3D approval phase is the part you control. Production time is fixed.
What's the minimum project size?

We don't have a hard floor, but realistically we work best on projects of 150,000 EGP and above. Smaller pieces don't justify the design and project management overhead. And you'd be paying for time more than for furniture.
Do you work outside Cairo?

Yes. We frequently work on the North Coast (Marassi, Hacienda, Telal, Mountain View Ras El Hekma), 6 October, Sheikh Zayed, and the New Capital. Outside of Greater Cairo, an additional site-visit fee applies and we'll discuss installation logistics upfront.
Why do you charge for design?

Because design is the work. The 3D render, the material board, the technical drawings. That's the part that takes the most thinking and the longest time. Free design encourages tire-kickers and forces the cost into the furniture price (where you can't see it). Charging upfront keeps the conversation honest. Most design fees are partially credited back if you proceed.
Can I bring my own interior designer?

Absolutely. And we have a designer trade discount for this exact case. We've worked well with several Cairo studios. Your designer leads the aesthetic; we handle the execution, 3D, drawings, and production.
What's the payment structure?

For most projects: 60% deposit on contract signing, 30% when the carcasses are built and ready for finishing, 10% on installation completion. Larger projects (over 1M EGP) are split across more milestones. All payments are by bank transfer or certified cheque.
